Question: Why am I receiving an error at checkout?
Answer: This may be because you have selected items that have a local shipping policy. Whilst we try to make most of our products available for our worldwide customers, some are restricted to one country, so if you add a product that can only be shipped in that country you will receive an error at checkout. Each product states its PRODUCT LOCATION which helps to identify items unable to be shipped internationally.

Question: How long will my order take before it is shipped?
Answer: Most orders ship within 48 hours and 5 business days. Some products are made to order and they may take up to 9 business days to ship.

Question: How long will my order take to arrive?
Answer: This is largely dependent on what you ordered and where you live. Each individual product states PRODUCT LOCATION of where it is stocked. Then you should check our Shipping Policy for the estimated shipping table. If you have ordered from our 'Special Order' page, a separate list is available below and via our Shipping Policy.

Question: Why does Inside Kona have two logos?
Answer: When Inside Kona was established, it was inspired by the athletes who converged on the Big Island each October. The original Inside Kona logo has become synonymous for all things Kona. As the Inside Kona brand started to grow, it branched out to encompass all things Hawaii, and that’s where the IK logo was born. The IK logo creates opportunities to offer our products to all Hawaii lovers, whilst the Inside Kona logo remains the logo of choice for all Kona inspired apparel and accessories.

Question: What are special order products?

Answer: Up until recently, products stocked in Australia have only been available for domestic shipping. For a trial period, we will offer a selection of products for international shipping. To maximize the shipping costs, each order must have a total minimum purchase of AUS$100.00 (this does not include shipping costs). Question: Where can special order products be shipped to?

Answer: The following list of countries are now eligible to have special order products shipped and also estimates the expected time for delivery. If your country is not listed, please contact info@insidekona.net
